Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing / Packaging
  • Position Title: Production Operator / Manufacturing Operator
  • Working Location: Gul Way
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm) / 4 days, Shifts (8 am – 8 pm)
  • Salary: Basic salary up to $1,900 + OT + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned activities based on the daily production schedule provided by the production supervisor.
  • Record production data accurately onto record sheets.
  • Label finished goods with appropriate information and ensure accurate identification.
  • Inspect product quality during the production process, identifying any deviations or issues and reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized production floor by regularly cleaning work areas and disposing of waste materials properly.
  • Adhere to company safety, health, and environmental procedures at all times, following established protocols and wearing the necessary protective equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Operate production equipment and machinery as required, following operating instructions and guidelines.
